  • Clients must arrive on time for scheduled appointments.

  • A 10-minute grace period is provided. After this, the appointment may be cancelled without refund.

  • Late arrivals will not be given extended time.

  • Clients must provide accurate and honest health and hair history to receive proper treatment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who is abusive, threatening, or non-compliant.

Our treatments, including PRP, microneedling, scalp therapy, and IV vitamin drips, are carried out by a qualified professional. However, results may vary, and no guarantees are offered. These are wellness services and do not replace medical advice.

Product Use

All natural, plant-based products sold on our site are for external use only. Always patch test before full application. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Lost Goods

We are not liable for lost items during delivery. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Claims for lost goods must be directed to the courier service.

Shipping & Delivery Policy​

Processing and Delivery Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Delivery takes approximately 4–7 business days within the UK (or your service area).

  • Tracking information will be provided where available.​

Courier Responsibility

Once items leave our premises, they are under the responsibility of the courier. We are not liable for damaged goods on arrival. Please report damages directly to the courier with evidence (photos, etc.).

International Shipping

This is not available at this time.

Refund & Returns Policy

We aim to provide high-quality products and services. If you are not satisfied, please review our return and refund terms below.

Returns

  • To be eligible for a refund, we must be notified within 14 days of receipt of goods.

  • Products must be returned within 28 days from delivery.

  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used hair care products

  • Gift cards

  • Appointment bookings or treatments already rendered

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If items arrive damaged, this must be taken up with the courier. We can assist you with supporting documentation, but we are not liable for courier mishandling.

Cancellations

  • Appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

  • 10-minute grace period applies to all appointments. Beyond this, we reserve the right to cancel without refund.
